Once you are happy with the composition of your track and the flow and feel of your vocals, I then begin the final step to mix and master your song! What is mixing and master and why does it cost extra?

Mixing is when an engineer carves and balances the separate tracks in a session to sound good when played together. While mastering a song means putting the finishing touches on a track by enhancing the overall sound, creating consistency, and preparing it for distribution. The sound editing process involves minimizing peak-to-average audio levels. It also involves eliminating any clipping distortions and using appropriate sound equalization settings. Once your song has been mixed and mastered, it is considered radio ready and can be uploaded to any streaming platform.
